Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email and follow the instructions. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email. Alternatively, your Company Administrator can set a new password for you from User Management.
No — once submitted for review, it's locked for editing. If the reviewer (Company Admin or Compliance Officer) requests a revision, the document returns to Draft with notes and you can make corrections before resubmitting. There is no terminal "rejection" — it's always a revision loop.

Use the Bulk Import feature in the My Suppliers section. Download the template, fill in your supplier details, and upload. The system validates each row and shows you which succeeded and which had errors.
A company is Local if classified as Citizen Owned (≥51% Zambian ownership) or Citizen Empowered (≥25% Zambian ownership). Companies below 25% are Non-Local. This is determined from the beneficial ownership disclosure.
Core (First Schedule) goods/services may be sourced from local or non-local suppliers, subject to progressive thresholds (20% → 40%) and the 15% Margin of Preference.
Non-Core (Second Schedule) goods/services are 100% reserved for local companies. Non-local suppliers cannot be awarded non-core contracts.
These tiles are only visible to Company Administrators. Ask your company's admin to check your role and permissions in User Management.
Procurement summaries are automatically generated by the system each quarter and updated as your tenders are approved. You don't create them — just review and submit.
Maker-checker means one person creates a document and a different person approves it. This ensures accuracy and accountability. The person who uploaded or created a document cannot approve their own submission. This is why every company needs at least two active users.
Go to Pending Approvals in the Quick Links sidebar or from the User Management page. This shows all documents submitted for review by your team members. You need Administrator or Compliance Officer role, or the Can Approve permission.
The system automatically generates a late submission penalty. Some penalties accrue daily at ZMW 45,000 per day until the report is submitted. Always submit before the deadline to avoid penalties.
Yes. Go to Employment → New Employment Return and use the Bulk Upload option. Download the template first, fill in your data, then upload. The system accepts .xlsx, .xlsm, and .csv files.
Go to User Management, find the user in the list, and click the Suspend button (ban icon). This immediately disables their login access. Their account is preserved and can be reactivated if needed.
