Mine Profile

Your Mine Profile contains your company's registration and contact information. The Ministry uses this for official correspondence and compliance assessments, so keep it up to date.

Access it from the Quick Links sidebar on any page, or click "Edit information" next to your company details on the dashboard.

What You Can Update

  • Company name and trading name
  • Companies Registration Number and TIN (Tax Identification Number)
  • Date of incorporation
  • Physical and postal address
  • Phone numbers and email addresses
  • Company logo
  • Key contact persons

Profile Submission Workflow

Your company profile follows a submission and approval process:

StatusMeaning
DraftProfile is editable. Make your changes and submit when ready.
Profile has been sent to the Ministry for review. No further edits until reviewed.
ApprovedProfile has been accepted by the Ministry.

Review Your Details

Go to Mine Profile and check that all information is correct and complete.

Edit If Needed

Click "Edit Profile" to update any fields. Only Company Administrators can edit the profile.

Submit for Approval

Click "Submit Profile". The profile is sent to the Ministry. You will be notified when it is approved or if changes are requested.

Tip

If your company details change (new address, contact person, etc.), update your Mine Profile straight away so the Ministry always has correct information. After editing, remember to re-submit the profile for approval.

Admin Only

Only Company Administrators can view and edit the Mine Profile. If you need to update your company details, ask your administrator.
